FNP-CAs a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Carrie Hollkamp has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Education and Nursing from Indiana University Southeast, and a Master of Science in Nursing from IUPUI. She has been part of the Clark Memorial team since 1994, serving as a Medical-Surgical, ICU and Emergency Registered Nurse. |
