Prepared Childbirth Class ($30/couple)
Clark Memorial Hospital offers six week courses to prepare for the birth of a new baby, including signs of labor, preparing for your newborn, what to expect in labor and delivery, and important newborn safety information. Three week fast track courses are also available on Saturdays.

Sibling Class(Free)
Clark Memorial Hospital's childbirth educator teaches children three and over how to help with the new baby while assisting them with the transition of having a new sibling.

Boot Camp For New Dads ($15/person)
Facilitated by veteran dads, Clark Memorial Hospital's Boot Camp offers new dads or expectant dads tips on baby care, fathering, and the needs of new mothers. The class also gives dads an opportunity to practice baby skills with real babies.

Breastfeeding Basics Class ($15/couple)
Clark Memorial Hospital's fulltime lactation consultant
educates both mother and father on the benefits of breastfeeding, and various techniques and supplies that can be used to make breastfeeding a pleasant experience.

Infant CPR/Safety ($15/couple)
Would you know what to do if your baby was choking? Clark Memorial Hospital's pediatric nurse practitioner will provide you with the basics of infant CPR. Please note that this is not a certification class.

DOULA Nights (Free)
Doulas offer moms and dads a unique birthing experience at Clark Memorial Hospital through physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. A certified Doula will discuss this alternative birthing option and answer any questions you may have about the process.
