KEEPING
KIDS HEALTHY!
At Jeffersonville Pediatrics, our goal is
to ensure that your child’s early years are as healthy and
happy as possible. We provide comprehensive care for
children with an emphasis on preventive health, and follow
the standards of the American Academy of Pediatrics, which
specify physical examinations, immunizations, and other
tests.
During your child’s first three years of life, routine
visits are scheduled at one week, then at one, two, four,
six, nine, twelve, fifteen, eighteen, twenty-four and thirty
months, and yearly thereafter.
We make every effort to see sick children on the day you
call. Our phones are answered Monday through Friday from
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and Saturdays 8:30 - 11:30 AM
(seasonally). For non-emergent medical concerns that arise
after hours, calling our office phone of (812) 288-9141 will
connect you to Pediatric Acute Care (PAC), our after-hours
service. Please have child’s age, weight, symptoms,
temperature, and a pen available. If a true emergency
exists, dial 911 or take your child to Clark Memorial
Hospital or Kosair Children’s Hospital. Prescription refills
and non-urgent concerns are addressed during regular office
hours.
