At Spring Hill Internal Medicine, we provide comprehensive health care for adults, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases.

Our internists can help with whatever problem you may experience, from everyday illnesses to chronic and complex diseases. At least three of their seven years of medical school focused on solving complicated diagnostic problems and treating severe chronic illnesses or situations where more than one illness may strike at the same time.

Our three doctors of internal medicine also have deep knowledge in areas such as wellness, women's health, substance abuse and mental health, and are skilled in the treatment of common problems of the eyes, ears, skin, nervous system and reproductive organs.

In short, Spring Hill Internal Medicine provides complete care throughout life, offering guidance on health and wellness, diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease, and coordination of treatment with medical specialists such as surgeons and obstetricians.

On your first visit to our practice, please bring all prescription drugs you are currently taking, including herbs and vitamins. If you have any drug allergies, it is important to bring a list. Also, please bring any records from previous physicians. This will eliminate any unnecessary delays or repetition of tests.

Tina N. Bradley, MD
A graduate of Johns Hopkins Medical School, Dr. Knight completed his training in Internal Medicine at Rush University. A native of Indiana, he has been in practice since 1979. A Fellow of the American College of Physicians, he is Board Certified and a Clinical Professor at the University of Louisville, where he received the Graves Award for excellence in clinical teaching.   Dr. Head is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and completed his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville Hospital. A Louisville native, he joined Spring Street Internal Medicine in 2000. He is Board Certified and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville.   A native of Danville, Kentucky, Dr. Bradley is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville Hospital. She joined Spring Hill Internal Medicine in 2004 and is Board Certified. She received the Community Based Program Award for outstanding performance on a rotation in a university setting.

To serve you better and facilitate your prompt care, our medical staff includes three physicians who all specialize in Internal Medicine. And our practice sees patients five days a week for your convenience.

We accept a variety of insurance and managed care plans as well as Medicare, and file your claims as part of our service to you. We also accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and debit cards. In addition, easy payment plans may be available to qualified patients. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you have regarding payment and insurance.
