Balancing your work and personal
life always presents certain conflicts. When you bring your skills to Clark
Memorial Hospital, we’ll assist you with opportunities to relieve those conflicts. One way we do
this is by joining our on-site wellness center, which is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. five
days a week to team members and the general public. Members have access to a personal trainer
and massage therapist. Team members also are provided with personal emergency days that give the
needed flexibility to address personal issues that sometimes arise.
The Work/Life Alliance commends Clark Memorial Hospital for its
excellent employer-friendly practices. As a 2004 Designee, our
organization was recognized in the October 29 issue of Business First,
as well as on the Greater Louisville Inc. web site at
www.greaterlouisville.com/lifeawards. As a 2004 Designee
for The Work/Life Alliance, we believe in doing more for you and our
patients.
Clark Memorial Hospital honors its team

for their excellent service from recommendations made by physicians,
supervisors, co-workers, patients or guests.
