Our Medical Staff
Stephen R. Havens, MD
Dr. Stephen R. Havens graduated from University of Louisville Medical School in 1980 and completed his residency in family practice in 1983. Dr. Havens is Board Certified in specialty Family Practice. He and his wife, Cheryl, were born and raised in Jeffersonville, IN and have long been involved with the community through the United Way, American Heart Association, and served as past President of Clark Memorial Hospital Medical Staff.
James M. Havens, MD
Dr. James M. Havens graduated from Indiana University Medical School in 1978 and completed his residency in family practice. Dr. Havens was Board Certified in 1981 in the specialty of Family Practice. In his free time, he enjoys creative welding, golf, and fine dining.
Hillsman Williams, MD
Dr. Hillsman Williams graduated from University of Tennessee Medical School in 1980 and completed residency in Family Medicine in 1983 and completed a second residency in Internal Medicine in 1986 becoming Board Certified in both. He and his wife, Kathy, are from Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys reading, welding, and computers. They have two daughters.
Robert McKechnie, MD
Dr. Robert McKechnie joined the practice in 1961 after graduating from University of Louisville Medical School in 1960 and completed his residency in family practice. Dr. McKechnie is Board Certified in Family Practice and has served as Clark County Health Officer for 23 years. He served in the United States Navy from 1949 through 1953. He and his wife, Eleanor enjoy time doing yard work, traveling, and reading.
Katrina Severance, MD
Dr. Katrina Severance comes to the Havens Group from the Family Medicine practice of McLaren Medical Group, of Warren, MI, where she specialized in family medicine. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine along with a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University.
Carrie Hollkamp, RN, FNP-C
As a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Carrie Hollkamp has Bachelor of Science degrees in both Education and Nursing from Indiana University Southeast, and a Master of Science in Nursing from IUPUI. She has been part of the Clark Memorial team since 1994, serving as a Medical-Surgical, ICU and Emergency Registered Nurse.
Lori Shea Green
Lori Shea Green joins the Havens Group as a Nurse Practitioner. She previously practiced at Occupational Medicine Physicians. Lori earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree, with an advanced certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Spalding University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast.
