  • Laura Larch, MD Internal Medicine

    Dr. Larch is board certified in internal medicine. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1989, then attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine, receiving her Doctorate Degree in Medicine in 2002 and completing a residency in Internal Medicine in 2005.

  • Theresa Stroot, DO Family Practice

    Dr. Stroot graduated from the University of Illinois in 1991, then attended Chicago College of Osteopathic medicine, receiving her Doctorate Degree in Osteopathic medicine in 1997. She completed her osteopathic internship and family practice residency at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan in 2000.

  • Dr. Katrina McGillivray Headshot

    Katrina McGillivray, DO

    Dr. Katrina McGillivray received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at St. Luke’s Family Practice in Milwaukee. She is board certified in family medicine and anti-aging/regenerative medicine. Dr. McGillivray has more than 19 years of direct primary care experience, is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and brings expertise in preventative health and treatment of chronic diseases emphasizing lifestyle changes.

  • Nancy Hanna, Physician Assistant

    Nancy Hanna, a Physician Assistant, was born in Louisville, becoming a resident of Indiana more than 10 years ago. Nancy graduated from Centre College in Kentucky, with a Bachelor’s degree in biology. After receiving her certification from the University of Kentucky Physician Assistant program, she returned to Louisville to work as a PA in a family practice. Nancy now enjoys working in gynecology using her broad knowledge and wealth of experience to enrich the lives of her patients.
