Our Medical Staff
Lois Burnett, FNP
As a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Lois graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis with a degree in nursing. In addition to her experience in family medicine, she has more than 14 years experience in emergency nursing. She provides preventative health screenings, treatment of acute illnesses and health education.
Jack Moore, MD
Dr. Moore graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University. He received his medical degree from WVA, winning honors his fourth year. He completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Penn State University. He also has a Master of Arts in Theology Studies. Dr. Moore is board certified in family medicine, with more than 20 years of experience as a Family Practice physician.
