Clark Memorial Hospital's Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the hospital, responsible for the management, control and operation of the hospital. In addition, they have responsibility for the appointment, reappointment, and assignment of privileges and requirements of such for the medical staff, and upon recommendations of the medical staff, establishing protocols for the admission, treatment and care of patients.
