Helping Diabetic Patients Thrive

At Clark Memorial, we believe that living with diabetes means living richly and fully. That’s why our Diabetes Management Team includes not just doctors and nurses, but diet and exercise specialists, pharmacists, podiatrists and social workers.

The Diabetes Management Center of Southern Indiana offers a wide range of services including Diabetes Self-Management Education, medical nutrition counseling, pre-diabetes and gestational diabetes classes and medical nutrition therapy.

And of course there’s our Diabetes Management Program — great for people newly diagnosed with diabetes, or for those who have diabetes but have never had any formal training about the disease or need an updated education. Our Diabetes Support Group, which offers support, education and fellowship to patients and family, meets quarterly.
