Arthritis Friendly Exercise Classes

Every Friday from 1:00PM-2:00PM

Exercise is crucial to our continued health, especially as we get older. But if you have arthritis, pain and a limited range of motion can keep you from taking part in regular exercise classes. That’s why our Center for Orthopedics/Spine offers exercise classes designed for those with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Call 812-283-2600 for more information.

 

Knee and Hip Pain Seminar

The Center for Orthopedics/Spine also hosts free bi-monthly community education seminars on hip and knee pain at the hospital. These seminars provide participants with information regarding the causes of arthritic knee and hip pain, soreness and morning stiffness.
