We provide a full range of care, including managing common illnesses,
complex problems and preventative care for you. For your convenience, we
offer on-site x-ray services and laboratory testing.
On your first visit to our practice, please
bring all prescription/non-prescription drugs you are currently taking,
including herbs and vitamins. If you have any drug allergies, it is
important to bring a list. Also, please have available any records from
previous physicians. This will eliminate any unnecessary delays or
repetition of tests.

Meet our Medical Team

Lloyd C. Trommler, M.D.
Dr. Trommler, an internal medicine physician, provides care for patients 12
years of age and older. Dr. Trommler completed his undergraduate work,
medical school and residency at the University of Louisville. He then
obtained a teaching position at the University of Louisville from
1984-1989. His practice in Internal Medicine began in 1989 in southern
Indiana, and has been serving the southern Indiana community since. Dr.
Trommler is married and has four children.
Diane Abbott, FNP-C
(Nurse Practitioner-Certified)
Diane Abbott received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in
Nursing from Spalding University. She has experience as a nursing
instructor and a diabetes educator. Diane is a member of the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Credentialing Center
and Sigma Theta Tau-Honor Society for Nursing.

Kristen
Ingram, M.D.
Dr. Ingram graduated from Indiana University Southeast (IUS) with a
Bachelor of Arts in 1998. He graduated from Indiana University School of
Medicine in May 2002, with his medical degree and completed his
residency training at Deaconess Family Medicine, where he served as
chief resident. Dr. Ingram is a member of the American Academy of Family
Practice and is a life-long resident of Salem, Indiana, where he and his
family currently reside.
Lois
Burnett, FNP-C
Lois Burnett is a certified family nurse practitioner, providing medical
care and health management for the entire family. Nurse practitioners
have been nationally recognized as expert health care providers. Lois
graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPU)
with a Master's Degree in Nursing. She has more than 10 years experience
in emergency nursing. Lois and her family live in Sellersburg, Indiana.

Dr. Godsey, who is board certified in family
medicine, has an office in Charlestown. Dr. Godsey received her BA from
the University of Louisville, and her Doctorate from the West Virginia
School of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as Chief Resident at Ohio
University / Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital before “returning to her
roots” to establish her practice in our community.

Larch, M.D.
Dr. Larch graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's Degree
in Economics and Business Administration in 1989. She attended the
University of Louisville School of Medicine, where she obtained her
Doctorate Degree in Medicine in 2002 and is now board certified in
Internal Medicine.
Theresa
Stroot, D.O.
Dr. Stroot received her Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Midwestern
University in Downers Grove, Illinois, in 1997. She completed a family
practice residency prior to completing an osteopathic internship at
Edward Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. Dr. Stroot is board
certified in family practice and is a
professional member of the Indiana Osteopathic Association and the
American Academy of Family Physicians.
