  • Robert J. Blok, DO

    A Cum Laude graduate of Norwich University, Dr. Blok attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg. Following a rotating internship at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Ohio, he served as Orthopedic Surgery Resident and Chief Resident before accepting an Orthopedic Spine / Neuro Surgical Fellowship at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, and completed a year of Affiliate Training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

     

    A member of the U.S. Army Reserve, he is an Army Air Assault Graduate with the 25th Light Infantry, exceeding the course standards for the AMEDD Officer Basic Course. Dr. Blok completed a medical tour of duty in November 2005, supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
