Make A Difference by Serving as a Volunteer

Our volunteers are a vital part of our caring community. They work in areas such as surgical services, guest relations or our gift shop. Our volunteers are an important part of the departments they serve. Clark Memorial volunteers build lifelong friendships and a community with one another.

What to Expect

Volunteers will be matched with departments depending on their skills and preferences. Right now, we only have opportunities for volunteers 18 and older. Once you fill out an application, the hospital will complete a background check. That process is required for the safety of our patients and families. You will also be required to have a skin test for tuberculosis each year you are an active volunteer. Finally, you can expect some training that covers topics such as privacy, and the way we address our patients and their family members.
