Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase II
Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation is part of a comprehensive outpatient program designed to improve the heart health and quality of life for patients with heart disease. Tailored to meet individual needs, it combines education and exercise in a supportive environment. We also offer Cardiac Rehab Phase III for patients who have completed Phase II or been diagnosed with one or more cardiac risk factors.
Phase II is medically supervised by Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified staff. All of the professionals on our cardiac rehab team are dedicated to helping our patients achieve their goals of improved health and quality of life. We offer the support and encouragement you need during this transitional time in your life.
Your Phase II program includes supervised exercise, nutritional counseling and education about lifestyle changes that reduce your risk of heart problems. We’ll review your progress throughout the process and share results with your physician. Exercise is EKG monitored to safely improve heart function, strength and endurance.
