Clark Memorial at Jeffersonville Commons
Opening Spring 2023
Clark Memorial Health (CMH) will open a new free-standing emergency department and medical office building in the spring of 2023, located off 10th Street from Highway 62 in Jeffersonville Commons next to Kroger.
The new center will care for people of all ages, providing emergency care, imaging, primary care, medical spa, and behavioral health.

Emergency Care
The new free-standing emergency department will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will have 8 emergency exam rooms and 2 trauma rooms. All doctors on site will be Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians that have experience working at Clark Memorial Health. The physicians know our community and focus on immediate recognition, evaluation, stabilization and treatment of patients experiencing acute illness and injury.
Imaging Services
The imaging center’s hours of operation will be 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday, and will provide X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, 3D Screening Mammography, 3D Echocardiogram and DEXA scans.
Additionally, the facility will house three separate suites for primary care offices, behavioral health services (both managed by the Clark Medical Group) and a Medical Spa.
Primary Care
Clark Primary Care is opening a new office this spring. Our family practitioners offer comprehensive healthcare providing routine care to management of chronic diseases. In addition, the primary care office will focus on partnering with businesses in the area by offering an employer-based clinic model. All services will be provided by a physician and nurse practitioner.
Behavioral Health
Behavioral Health Services will be an extension of CMH’s current services and will be accessible 8 hours a day Monday through Friday. This practice-based model offers services by a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant and a licensed therapist. Services will include individual therapy, group therapy and medication management.
Medical Spa
The Medical Spa will operate as a stand-alone service offering amenities designed to calm, relax, refresh and re-charge body and soul. The Medical Spa will have physicians and advanced practice providers providing services while overseeing the medical estheticians. Initial services will include advanced esthetics, facials, laser treatments, laser hair removal, massage therapy, vaginal rejuvenation, face, and body contouring.
