We offer a variety of specialized medicine and services at our Sellersburg Hunter Station Medical Center including the Clark Specialty Clinic and the
Clark Memorial Outpatient Imaging Center located in the same building and equipped with the latest technology for general radiology. Diabetes education is essential for self-management and care. Meet the Providers

Chih Chang, MD, Clark Endocrinology

Dr. Chang provides care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, other endocrine disorders and is one of two providers offering Osteoporosis services. He holds a medical degree from the University of Louisville and has an impressive background in treating and researching endocrine diseases across the nation. Certified in Internal Medicine and Adult Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Chih Chang completed his residency at the Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia, and his fellowship at University of Louisville Medical School where he focused on endocrinology and metabolism. He has also served as the Medical Director of Community-based Clinical Health Organization of the United States Army in Concord, Massachusetts. Dr. Chang provides care for patients with diabetes, thyroid disease and other endocrine disorders. 

Xianogang Jiang, MD, Clark Pain Management

Dr. Jiang completed his Doctor of Medicine and a urology residency at Shandong Medical University in Jinan, China. He received his PhD from Free University, Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 2006 before he moved to the United States. Dr. Jiang conducted research at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and the University of Washington in Seattle WA between 2006 and 2012. During this time he authored numerous scientific papers. Dr. Jiang moved to New York and completed an Internship in General Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College. In 2013-2016, at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with honors as Chief Resident. Dr. Jiang completed a Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH in the accredited Pain Medicine program in 2017.

John T. Mahan, MD, Clark Orthopedic & Spine

Dr. Mahan offers a comprehensive range of services for patients with chronic spine pain originating from the neck or back. He graduated with a medical degree and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Louisville.  Dr. Mahan obtained a Fellowship at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has specialized in Orthopedics for over 20 years and most recently practiced over 10 years at Spine Surgery, PSC in Louisville. Dr. Mahan is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Faraaz Rahman, MD, Clark Cardiology

Dr. Rahman obtained his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. In 2017, he completed a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at the Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center/Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Rahman will complete an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in 2018 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and a Structural Heart Intervention Fellowship in 2019 at the Virginia Tech Carilion Clinic School of Medicine. Dr. Rahman is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
