Our Medical Staff
Stephen R. Havens, MD
Dr. Stephen R. Havens graduated from University of Louisville Medical School in 1980 and completed his residency in family practice in 1983. Dr. Havens is Board Certified in specialty Family Practice. He has served as past President of Clark Memorial Hospital Medical Staff.
James M. Havens, MD
Dr. James M. Havens graduated from Indiana University Medical School in 1978 and completed his residency in family practice. Dr. Havens was Board Certified in 1981 in the specialty of Family Practice.
Sarah McGill, MD
Dr. McGill graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and is completing her residency in Family Medicine. In 2015, she won the Carroll L. Witten MD Award. She has experience as an immediate care provider at Norton Healthcare.
Brittany O’Neal, MD
Dr. O’Neal graduated and is completing her residency in Family Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She has served as the Chief Resident in the Department of Family Medicine. In 2016, she won the Stephen F. Wheeler Intern of the Year at the University of Louisville’s Department of Family Medicine. Also, she has experience as an immediate care provider at Norton Healthcare.
B. Hillsman Williams, MD
Dr. Hillsman Williams graduated from University of Tennessee Medical School in 1980 and completed residency in Family Medicine in 1983 and completed a second residency in Internal Medicine in 1986 becoming Board Certified in both.
Shawna Nally, Nurse Practitioner-C
Shawna Nally received her Bachelors and a Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Southern Indiana. In 2005, she worked in Emergency Services as a Registered Nurse and later as a Clinical Resource Nurse. She became a Shift Administrator in 2007 at Clark Memorial and continued in that position until she started working at Havens Medical Group. Shawna is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of acute care clinical expertise.
Emily Rench, Nurse Practitioner
Emily Rench received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been a practicing nurse since 2009 beginning her career as a RN at a level 1 Emergency Department at IU Health-Methodist. In 2011, she began working at the University of Louisville's level 1 trauma unit and later in the Stroke/Neurology unit. Emily began seeing patients at Havens Medical Group in October 2017. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. Emily is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana.
Alicia Sawyer, Nurse Practitioner
Alicia recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a MSN, specializing in family medicine. She has eight years of quality patient experience in intensive care, emergency medicine, neonatal care and medical/surgical medicine. Alicia worked eight years as a staff nurse in critical care at Norton Children's Hospital before accepting the Nurse Practitioner position at Havens Medical Group.
Tina Woodrome, Nurse Practitioner
Tina Woodrome graduated from Spalding University in 1998 with a BSN. She worked in Critical Care for 15 years before becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2012, graduating again from Spalding University with an MSN.
