Our Medical Staff
Mark E. Head, MD
Dr. Head is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and completed his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville Hospital. A Louisville native, he joined Spring Hill Internal Medicine in 2000. He is Board Certified and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville. He also serves as a Medical Director at Kindred Hospice.
Tina N. Bradley, MD
A native of Danville, Kentucky, Dr. Bradley is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed her training in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville Hospital. She joined Spring Hill Internal Medicine in 2004 and is Board Certified. She received the Community Based Program Award for outstanding performance on a rotation in a university setting. She also serves as a Medical Director for Kindred Hospice.
Laura Larch, MD, Internal Medicine
Dr. Larch is a Louisville, Kentucky native who attended Sacred Heart Academy and received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. She returned to Louisville to attend medical school and earned her doctorate in medicine. Dr. Larch completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Louisville and has practiced at Clark Memorial Hospital since 2005. She is board certified and has a passion for patient education. She has received the "Best Primary Care Physician" News & Tribune Clark County Reader's Choice Award in 2014 and 2017.
Nicole Flippen, Nurse Practitioner
Nicole graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in August 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Nicole obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2012. Nicole is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Midwives. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and children. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and gardening.
Kim Sickels, Nurse Practitioner
Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Southeast in 1994 and Master of Science in Nursing from Spalding University in 1999. She is Board Certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
