The Clean Sweep program at Clark Memorial Health is a community service opportunity offered to local organizations to raise funds. Requirements

  • W9   
  • Proof of insurance
  • Mutual Indemnification
  • 10+ participants
  • Onsite a minimum of four hours (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturdays only)
  • Adult supervision for anyone under the age of 13.

All required documents listed above must be signed and e-mailed to Rodney Bottorff, 2 – 3 weeks prior to the day you are scheduled. Failure to do so may cause a delay in payment.

Payment

Organizations will receive $500 per day. Payment is submitted via check 7-10 business days after the cleaning has been completed.

Cancellations or Rainouts

Rainouts can immediately be rescheduled for the next day, Sunday. However, should it rain the entire weekend, you will need to contact Rodney to reschedule for another date. Should you need to cancel the day you are scheduled, please contact Rodney Bottorff by phone at 812.283.2719. We will be happy to schedule you for a different date if there is availability.

Organizations can participate in the Clean Sweep Program twice per calendar year. However, the second date will not be scheduled until after all interested organizations have been scheduled. If you are interested in participating twice, please note that at the time of scheduling your first appointment and you will be added to the wait list.

On the day you are scheduled, please report to the Security Office located near the Emergency Room entrance. All cleaning supplies will be provided by Clark Memorial Health. We do not provide ponchos or other type of protective clothing.
