When restrictions prevent you from an in-person appointment with your doctor, Clark Memorial Health offers telemedicine services. Telemedicine uses technology to allow you to get the care you need for many conditions when travel or social distancing restrictions are in place.
If you're concerned you're experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, a telemedicine appointment helps reduce the risk of spreading the virus. Telehealth visits also conserve clinical resources that may be needed in the hospital.

Clark Memorial primary care offices offer two types of telehealth visits with primary care providers:
You can request a telehealth visit by calling your provider's office. If your provider determines a telehealth visit is appropriate based on your condition, you'll be given an appointment time and instructions for the best way to connect with your provider.
At your appointment time, you'll call or connect by video. A nurse or office manager will check you in, then transfer you to your provider.
