Clark Memorial primary care offices offer two types of telehealth visits with primary care providers:

  • A phone call with your provider (Telephone visits can't be used if you've been seen for a condition in the last seven days, or if you already have an in-person appointment scheduled within the next 24 hours.)
  • A virtual, face-to-face visit using a video conferencing service. Virtual visits depend on specific clinical needs and may not be available in all cases.

You can request a telehealth visit by calling your provider's office. If your provider determines a telehealth visit is appropriate based on your condition, you'll be given an appointment time and instructions for the best way to connect with your provider.

At your appointment time, you'll call or connect by video. A nurse or office manager will check you in, then transfer you to your provider.
